The latest Pablo Mini Matcha Cheesetart is my current favorite mini aside from the original flavor. The matcha cheese tart is topped with decent amount of matcha powder – just right, as I dislike bitter aftertaste of matcha.

Fans of strawberry will appreciate the glazed layer of strawberry sauce and marshmallows on top of it. The addition of pistachio crumbs enhanced the texture of the overall tart.
