Fiery Fish Head Curry

The recipe was perfected by Chef Hari who hails from Delhi, India. Hence, expect a rich layer of taste from the herbs used in this Fiery Fish Head Curry.

Rice is a must-have with such tantalizing bowl of curry fish head. Don’t waste the super yummy curry or you’ll regret it! Everyone of us loved it so much and had second serving of rice to go with it. Acar (pickled vegetables) and papadum are also included. As for beverage, Iced Lemon Tea will be served to help you put off the fire. As for the main course, there are 3 options:

• Grilled Chicken Chop with Mixed Garden Salad, French Fries and Oriental Sauce
• Beef/Lamb Meatball Spaghetti with Tomato Concasse, Parmesan Cheese and Cream
• Pan Fried Fish with Buttered Vegetables, Garlic Butter Rice and Turmeric Cream Sauce

 

 

I’ve tried all of them and they all taste pretty good! I need to specially mention the Grilled Chicken Chop though because the chicken is soooo tender and the Oriental sauce played a big role in making it taste exceptional! Must-try!
