I love blogging because through this, I was exposed to many exciting and unique brands like Curves Malaysia. Curves Malaysia is Malaysia’s leading women-only fitness gym that celebrates and rewards the achievements of their members. Hence, Curvette of the Year campaign was launched to empower women to start and take charge of their health and fitness.

In conjunction with 20th anniversary of Mandara Spa, Guru Made Sumantra purposely flew over all the way from Ubud, Bali. I was grateful to be able to join Guru Made Sumantra’s Traditional Balinese Energy Healing Yoga session at Mandara Spa, Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa. He was only here for a day as part of his world tour!
