I know, a lot of people will ask why Gong Cha is so popular. Well, I think it’s because it’s customizable. You can choose the type of pearl you want (Ai-Yu Jelly, White Pearl, Black Pearl etc.), amount of sugar from No Sugar (0%), Little Sugar (30%), Half Sugar (50%), Less Sugar (70%) to Full Sugar (100%) and lastly, the amount of ice (Normal, Less Ice, No Ice). IMHO, the perfect combination would be White Pearl, 50% Sugar and Less Ice. However, you cannot choose the sugar level if you order Gong Cha Signature Milk Winter Melon Tea because the sweetness comes naturally from the winter melon itself.

The only con would be lack of sitting space =(
