I personally prefers Tarragon de paris butter roast chicken stuffed with smoked turkey due to the moist and tender chicken meat that makes me crave for more helpings. The mains were accompanied by condiments such as Rosemary salt new potatoes, Buttered brussel sprouts, Honey glazed roasted vegetables, 3 style mash and Fresh cucumber salad. It also comes with Mint sauce, Horseradish cream sauce and Chicken jus with roasted garlic dressings.
3 style mash |
Cake of the day would be offered as dessert in the Christmas Set Menu. We’ve tried Pistachio Gateau with Mousseline Cream and Mixed Berries, Butter Cake with Coconut Sprinkle and Passion Fruit Pyramids with Mascarpone. Everyone went gaga over Pistachio Gateau with Mousseline Cream and Mixed Berries as the taste of pistachio is intense but yet not too overwhelming. Chef Najib explained that it is because they imported high quality pistachio paste to create this amazing cake!

Butter Cake with Coconut Sprinkle |
Butter Cake with Coconut Sprinkle was awesome too! Seeing the cute snowman makes me feel reluctant to eat it up. But once you start, you can never stop! The buttery soft cake is very addictive and the roasted coconut sprinkles enhanced the aroma of the cake.

Looks like awesome expensive food that I'd never pay to try lol. Lucky you!
Hehe I'm grateful for that :p
Food looks really great but butter cake with coconut? I would expect some Christmas pudding or fruit cake, mince pies…or a yuletide log perhaps.
LOL I guess it's because coconut can be made to white snow! 😀
Haha! I like the Pistachio Gateau – very well decorated cake. 🙂
Yeah very colorful to celebrate a merry Christmas!
They have another branch in Paradigm Mall too! These kind of Christmas can see only, cannot eat T__T
Aww don't be like that… I'm sure you can afford it when you're working 😀
