Randall Tan, Brand Manager of Mission Foods South Asia shared that Mission Foods to make an impactful change on getting more Malaysians to be their own champions in the kitchen and wants to be part of their mission to be a better version of them. To cook up a powerful launch for their Healthy Wraps range, Mission Foods has teamed up with Malaysian champions Farah Ann and Peter Davis in a Breakfast of Champions campaign. The campaign aims to inspire more Malaysians by giving them a glimpse of what these champions have for breakfast every day. As part of the campaign, Farah Ann and Peter Davis will share their breakfast favorites using the Mission Foods Healthy Wraps range through various social media platforms. Farah Ann, Malaysia’s sweetheart and gymnast, rose to glory when she brought home multiple medals at the recent SEA. In order to maintain her winning streak, she has a rigorous training regime. Thus, she is a great believer of starting the day right with the right breakfast because she needs to have enough energy to last her during the whole training session. She demonstrated two fun and easy recipes – ‘Bananas in Chiajammies’ using Chia Wrap and ‘It’s a Party in My Wrap’ using the Reduced Carb Wrap. Man of the hour, Peter Davis certainly packs a punch in and out of the kitchen. The model, actor, host and professional mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter is a winner in all his roles. “As an MMA fighter, I have to stay sharp and focused at all times. My energy level has to be constant throughout, and so I require food that is low in sugar and rich in fibre and protein which is why superfoods such as Quinoa and Chia benefits me tremendously.” Peter who recently turned pescatarian favors the Reduced Carb wrap because of the high fibre but low carb and sugar content compared to other wraps in the market. During the launch of Mission Foods Healthy Wraps, he demonstrated 2 practical yet yummy recipes – ‘High Protein Spinach Feta’ with the Chia wrap and ‘Sea Bed’ using the Quinoa wrap. Thanks to #BreakfastofChampions campaign, I get a glimpse of whats on these champions’ plate, I hope you will be inspired to think, act and eat like a champion too.
