The Spirit of Christmas and New Year 2017 would not be complete without gastronomic delights from their talented brigade of chefs.

The feasts will include more than 200 irresistible spread; you’ll be spoilt for choice! Be prepared to stuff yourself crazy with Christmas yummies like Whole Turkey with Bread and Potato Stuffing, Boneless Leg of Lamb, Slow Roasted Prime Beef Rib, Seared Tuna Nicoise, Traditional Beef and Liver Pate, Roasted Quail on Raisin Juice and Braised Cabbage, and Pan-fried Salmon Fillet a la Meuniere on Couscous.

 

 

 

 

 

Their seafood is among the freshest I’ve tasted during buffet sessions. Seafood on ice varieties include Oysters, Alaskan crab legs, Green lip mussels and prawns. Diners also get to indulge in delectable Asian dishes such as Indian Style Lamb Vindaloo, Wok-tossed Prawn Szechuan Style with Chilli and Salt, Crispy Fried Chicken with Marmite Sauce, and Mini Pizzas.

 

As for desserts, the selections are aplenty thanks to Chef Koay for being the mastermind behind these exclusive creations!
